By processing your payment and completing an order with us, you are accepting the following terms and conditions regarding the shipping and delivery of your purchase.

Most orders are processed and packed within 1-3 Business Days of placement (excluding weekends and holidays), but sometimes can take up to 15 business days maximum.

Most Orders placed after 9am PST on a weekday will be sent out first thing the next business day, and orders placed after this time Friday or on a weekend will be sent Monday morning.

It is the Customer’s Responsibility to notify us if they need their item by a certain date before 1 Business day. After 1 Business day customer will be responsible for any rush shipping charges needed.

Please Note: We do not cover any lost or stolen packages if the item is delivered to the shipping address provided. Please make sure your mailing address is correct and secure. You may also let leave us a note or email us upon ordering if any insurance is desired.
